    I work as a PhD student on sustaining educational innovation in secondary education at the Research Institue of Child Development and Education (RICDE) of the University of Amsterdam. My research interests include educational innovations and the role of students, education professionals, and school organizations in it. In my research, I enjoy collaborating with schools to stay closely connected to practice. In addition, I work as researcher and teacher at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (HU). 

    I obtained my teaching qualification for primary education and my bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences (ALPO) at University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Utrecht University. After my bachelor's degree, I did an Erasmus exchange at the University of Uppsala (Sweden). I obtained my research master's degree in Educational Sciences at Utrecht University.
