I am a policy researcher at the UvA TLC Central and PhD researcher in the Program group Educational Sciences. My research is about the scalability of educational bottom-up innovations in Higher Education. My research outcomes contribute to optimizing organizational processes and policy, such as those related to the Grassroots grant, Grasroots plus grant and Scale-Up grant.

Huidige onderzoeksprojecten

• Comparatieve casestudie naar 3 bottom-up onderwijsinnovaties die op institutioneel-niveau zijn opgeschaald voor inzicht in hoe en waarom bottom-up innovaties in het hoger onderwijs opschalen.
• Longitudinale sociale netwerkstudie waarbij 12 bottom-up onderwijsinnovaties worden gevolgd, voor inzicht in hoe het sociale netwerk van een innovator een rol speelt in het opschalingsproces.
